0. How to use this manual

Treat every session as: Plan → Execute → Review → Iterate (or Escalate).

Clarify the goal and the done-check.
Break work into the smallest reversible steps.
Execute with the smallest agent roster that can hold the job.
Score the output against the goal.
Improve, or escalate to the human operator.

This loop is the atomic unit of the university.
